Title 1 Summer Bridge Program-Parents

  • Title 1 Summer Bridge Program - Parents

What is the Summer Bridge Program at Morton Freshman Center?

Morton Freshman Center offers an opportunity for incoming freshmen students to increase their math, reading, and writing skills and earn high school credit FREE of charge through our Summer Bridge Program. The program helps students transition to high school who are in need of extra academic support. Students will earn a 1/2 credit for each course taken. We recommend students take the full day (Math and English) which will earn them 1 full high school credit. Students enrolled in the Summer Bridge Program will receive their Morton laptops before the program begins. This year the program will take place in a Hybrid format with students experiencing a combination of both in person learning and virtual learning. Face masks are required to be worn at all times and students must socially distance.
