What is STEM?

The Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Program is an opportunity for students from Lincoln Middle School, Heritage Middle School, George Washington Middle School and Freedom Middle School to take classes at Morton West High School during their eighth grade year. Students will be enroll in Integrated Math 1 STEM Honors and Physics STEM Honors. The two classes interweave the concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Math and Science classes will meet as combined and separate depending on the activity.
