About Student Supports
Social Workers
Social Workers
At Morton 201, our social workers are dedicated to supporting students’ life-readiness by strengthening their social-emotional skills through the CASEL core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. They provide counseling, connect families with vital resources, and create safe, supportive environments where students can thrive. Through this commitment, our social workers ensure every student is prepared not only for college and career, but also for lifelong success and well-being.

Psychologists
Psychologists
At Morton 201, our school psychologists are committed to helping every student access the support they need to be successful. They collaborate with teachers, families, and student support teams to evaluate student needs and ensure tiered academic, life-readiness, and behavioral supports are provided when necessary. Using evidence-based assessments and observations, they identify student strengths and areas for growth, and help develop individualized plans for success. Through this work, school psychologists make sure students receive the right interventions at the right time, fostering both learning and well-being.
