Morton 201 Foundation Culinary Students Catered for the Morton 201 Foundation

On Friday, December 7th, 2018, The Morton 201 Foundation hosted a dinner and theatre event in the J. Sterling Morton East High School Culinary Lab. Guests enjoyed a four-course meal prepared by Morton East and Morton West culinary students followed by a production of Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize winning play: Our Town performed by Morton East’s theater students in the historic Chodl Auditorium. This event was in support of The Morton 201 Foundation Pay it Forward Scholarship Fund. As a result of this successful event, The Morton 201 Foundation has raised a total of $3,900. This outstanding amount of donations has given the Foundation a stepping stone to begin distributing the first round of scholarships for students at J. Sterling Morton High School District 201.

The Morton 201 Foundation would like to give a thanks to:

Turano Baking Company, located at 6501 Roosevelt Road in Berwyn, Illinois for their generous donation of the bread served to our guest.
